Robert Walter says "There Goes The Neighborhood" is his tribute to the great soul/jazz records of the 1960's. He certainly did this record up right, enlisting some of the legends of the genre on a set of classic soul covers and originals. This album was named "one of the TOP 50 All Time Best Soul/Jazz Recordings" by DownBeat Magazine.
